O High Potential Program – Shared Services 2024training focused on Shared Services, will start its classes on the 26th of this month.
The inaugural class will be attended by Moises Santiago, Founding Director of Desenvolvimento 360 and Silvio Santos, Technology Director and DPO of Grupo Dreamers and Soma CSC, who will share their career journeys and the challenges that future leaders in the Services market face. Shared will face ahead.
Created by IEG in 2021, the program covers important topics such as: SSC model, process management, people management, customer experience, continuous innovation, data intelligence and others, taught by experts with extensive experience in the market and aims to accelerate the development of talent in Brazilian Service Centers and in this year’s edition more than 40 companies have already been confirmed.
Furthermore, the High Potential provides participants with opportunities to establish connections with industry leaders and professionals Shared Services.
Participants include Coordinators, Supervisors and Team Leaders from the main CSCs of the country, who will have access to the leadership development program made up of online, recorded and live content, which will expand their knowledge regarding this market.
There will be a total of 10 training modules, over 60 hours of recorded content and over 90 hours of live content, in addition to mentoring with market executives to prepare final projects focused on the current challenges of participating CSCs.
