The Córdoba Association tournament starts in the year of its centenary

With the opening ceremony, to be held in the remodeled facilities of the Matienzo club, the official championship of the Cordoba Basketball Association (ACBB) will be launched, in the year of its centenary. After the event, the Villa Cabrera neighborhood team will face Carlos Paz’s Bolívar.

On the first day of category “A”, the maximum of local basketball, the defending champion, Instituto, will also face Unión Eléctrica, Bochas de Colonia Caroya-Racing de Nueva Italia, Hindú-Maipú and Atenas-Barrio Parque.

After the eight days, the Apertura 2024 Final Four by category will take place on May 31, June 1 and 2, and June 7 and 8.

While in the “A1” division, on the first day they will play Empalme-Macabi Noar, Santo Tomás-Parque Vélez Sarsfield, Pesca de Carlos Paz-Banco de Córdoba, Dante Alighieri-Poeta Lugones, and Universitario-Alianza de Jesús María.

Meanwhile, due to the activity in the “B” division, Poeta Lugones B-Municipalidad, Juniors-Belgrano, Deportivo Norte de Alta Gracia-Calera Basket, Independiente de Cosquín-Pilar will be measured; free: Rivadavia de Río Primero.

For their part, in the “B1” they will play from April 6, Hindú B-Rieles Argentinos, Matienzo B-Taborín, Jorge Newbery de Río Ceballos-EOS, Villa Allende Sports-Talleres and Obrero Basket-Atenas B.

Finally, in the “C” division, which will also begin on April 6, Salsipoders-Colón, Las Palmas-Banco de Córdoba B, Unión de Unquillo-Villa Azalais, Observatorio-Sarmiento will star; AGBU will be free.
