Returning to the questions of Rwandan aggression on Congolese soil, Martin Fayulu proposes, still within the framework of the actions to be implemented, a severance of diplomatic relations with Rwanda and the closure of all borders with this country, economic sanctions and financial once morest Rwanda as well as Uganda, followed by the adoption of an international embargo on the sale of minerals by Rwanda, of which there is no subsoil.
