More than 95% of socially insured people now have My health space. Launched at the start of 2022, the Health Insurance digital health record has been activated by more than 11 million French people.
As a reminder, this secure digital service allows everyone to store their health data (prescriptions, analysis results, medical certificates, x-rays, vaccination records, etc.), to exchange documents and messages with health professionals, medico-social and social services in complete confidentiality, to transmit your prescriptions to the pharmacy but also to have access to a catalog of certified services and apps to make medical appointments, measure your blood pressure or weight or even get deliver medicines. New features should appear soon.
A medical diary
A health calendar will soon be added. It will allow the patient:
- to follow the history of your medical appointments to better organize yourself and not forget to plan the next ones;
- to be alerted for reminders of key appointments to monitor the health of your children, screening (vaccination, oral and dental, etc.) or pregnancy monitoring.
My health space will focus on prevention
“My Health Space will also have a key role to play in prevention, which we wish to deploy in the coming months to support policyholders in carrying out prevention examinations”, said Thomas Fatôme, general director of the Caisse nationale deassurance maladie.
Since January 1, 2024, policyholders can benefit from prevention assessments, 100% covered by Health Insurance, at different key ages of life: 18-25 years, 45-50 years, 60-65 years and 70-75 years old. The patients concerned will receive an email from their CPAM during 2024 inviting them to make an appointment to benefit from it. In order to prepare for these new prevention consultations, they can now complete the self-questionnaire made available to them on My health space.
Finally, it is planned that personalized prevention messages will soon be disseminated based on the various information available in My health space.
