Yanina Latorre filled Javier Milei with live praise

This Tuesday, the president gave an interview on FM El Observador, Luis Majul’s radio station. With Yanina Latorre at the table, when she was regarding to finish the note, the panelist filled the president with praise.

After a note that addressed topics such as politics, economy and security, Luis Majul asked the entertainment specialist if she wanted to say something.

“He knows that I did not vote for him and I really believe that I was wrong and that I am as hopeful as all the Argentines who are receiving all of this very well. The truth was that I had to say it. Thank you,” said Latorre.

In the same spirit of cordiality, the president thanked him for his sincerity and highlighted his professionalism. “I greatly value your work and your courage and I want to mention it,” he said.

It was then that Latorre surprised by saying that the same thing that she now makes public was told to her in a private conversation days ago. “I told him that I wasn’t doing it for him, that I was doing it because that’s what I think,” she remarked. To which Milei retorted: “Regardless of who voted for me or not, I govern for the 47 million Argentines.”
