The French start-up, specializing in the detection and analysis of cyber risks, announced at the end of February a new fundraising of 15 million euros, just nine months following a first round of financing.
This latest fundraising is led by the American investment fund Accel Partners, which is behind the success of Slack, Meta and Vinted. “We were looking for an investor specialized in cybersecurity, and capable of taking us to the American market” explains Samuel Hassine, co-founder and general manager of Filigran. The Californian venture capital player has already supported the cyber start-ups CrowdStrike and 1Password. But Filigran represents its first investment in a French cybersecurity company.
