Actress and singer Eva Burešová (30) was at the gala evening where the Czech Lion awards were presented for the first time. And for the first time ever, she entered the building of the Rudolfinum in Prague. “I don’t go to events unless someone invites me. And I was invited here for the first time to present one of the prizes,” said Eva to Super.cz.
She also cared regarding her model. “I’m lucky to have a stylist who takes care of me. You won’t find the kind of things I’m wearing in my closet. She arranged everything for me, brought it, dressed me, painted me and did my hair. And then they just pushed me out the door saying I might go,” she described the process of preparing for the gala evening. Eva probably also had the most expensive jewelry of the evening, a total of four million crowns. “If someone cut off my hands, they’d have a great car,” she laughed.
“Even when I was at the rehearsal, it was an indescribable feeling when I saw all the names of the people who will be here tonight, and I have been watching and admiring them for years. I would never have thought that I would ever reach the Czech Lion, even though I probably never will,” she added.
We also had fun on the subject of whether Eva has ambitions to expand her portfolio in addition to theater and serial acting to film. “It’s not just regarding me, it’s more regarding me getting the offer. But I think of myself as a musical actress the most. I have been at home there since I was sixteen. But if anyone was looking for a 31-year-old actress who can sing, here I am,” she concluded.
