The National Government received a letter from the captured leader of “Los Satan”, with which he would be responding to the mayor of Bogotá, Carlos Fernando Galán, following he said: «It cannot be possible for this Mr. Satan to continue operating from prisons, “It cannot be that they continue to allow him to communicate with his people in the territories.”
With the letter sent to the Minister of Justice, the mayor of Bogotá and the director of the National Penitentiary and Prison Institute (Inpec), he denied his responsibility in the recent criminal events that occurred in the country’s capital.
