The much-awaited 71st edition of Miss World 2024 promises to enthrall audiences, marking a significant return to India following a hiatus of 28 years. The contest for the most beautiful woman on the planet will have the participation of 116 women from different nations who must go through different jury tests where the ease of speaking, performance on the catwalk, knowledge of current and cultural information, personality, aesthetic presentation (hair and makeup), costumes, command of the stage, expression, charisma and attitude.

Who will be the hosts of Miss World 2024?

The organization of the beauty pageant confirmed the renowned screenwriter and film director Karan Johar as the presenter of Miss World 2024. The current host of the talk show Koffee With Karan directed great hits of Bollywood cinema such as “Something Happens in My Heart” ( 1998), Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (2001), among other major box office hits in India and other countries around the world.

The Filipino model and actress Meganne Young, former beauty queen at Miss World 2013, will accompany Johar in this task.
