The name of Pierre Keller is making a comeback in the Vaudois world of fine arts. It is post mortem that the former director of the Lausanne cantonal art school still brings something to the cantonal cultural institutions. Because it is through his estate that part of his artistic collection joins the deposits of the Cantonal Museum of Fine Arts (MCBA) and the Cantonal Prints Cabinet of the Jenisch Museum, in Vevey. Fifteen for the first. Twelve for the second. In total, 27 works enrich the cantonal artistic heritage. “Any work entering the collections of our museums is inalienable, it remains there for life,” said the Minister of Culture, Nuria Gorrite, when the operation was presented.
