KG Pictures, a production house which is committed to making quality Indonesian films, will screen its first film entitled I chase dreams. This film stars Aisyah Aqila, Oka Antara, Novia Bachmid, Raisa Bawazier, Azela Putri, Chloe Abigail, Stef Klink, Boah Sartika, and other stars.
Teen drama film I chase dreams will be shown simultaneously in cinemas throughout Indonesia on March 21 2024.
Fronted by KG Pictures Executive Producer Yocke Kaseger and his daughter Kartika Cassandra and supported by a team of producers headed by Benny Rahmadani, the process of making the film Kukejar Dream began.
I chase dreams started shooting on June 3 2023 for 16 days taking place in Jakarta. With a story created by writer Cassandra Massardi, film I chase dreams directed by director Indra Gunawan. This film tells the story of Dream (Aisyah Aqilah), a high school student and her girl gang (Novia Bachmid, Raisa Bawazier, Azela Putri, Chloe Abigail, Stef Klink, Boah Sartika) who have different backgrounds.
Even so, they have the same dream, namely having a team cheerleaders at school and take part in competitions cheerleaders. Unfortunately, for various reasons, they are not supported by their schools and parents.
Then, it appeared Coach Leo (Oka Antara) is a former jutek soldier who has a lot of debt and his life is in chaos and is trapped in a situation where he has to help Dream and his friends. Will Dream succeed in achieving her dream?

“Bringing a unique theme as a film cheerleaders The first in Indonesia, this teenage drama film targets teenagers that we are worthy of having dreams. Even though it sometimes creates conflict with those around you, be confident in your determination I chase dreams, because our dreams are not always the same,” said KG Pictures Executive Producer Yocke Kaseger, in a written statement, Thursday (7/3).
Oka Antara added that this film is related to everyone who is struggling to achieve their dreams but faces many obstacles from their family.
Meanwhile, Aisyah Aqila spoke regarding this film super fresh and really motivates the younger generation to achieve their dreams so it is suitable for young people to watch. (D-2)
