Diesel currently represents around 35% of the operational cost of cargo transport, according to the National Transport Confederation (CNT). According to the entity, this is the component that weighs the most on freight prices and, therefore, the one that has the greatest impact on production chains, directly affecting inflationary control and the lives of all Brazilians. With the aim of reducing these and other costs in the sector, Roadcard, an electronic payments company in Road Cargo Transport (TRC), is launching two solutions aimed at companies in this segment.
Pamcard Frota+ is a fleet supply and performance solution, which, in addition to reducing costs, optimizes the relationship between companies and gas stations. According to Everton Kahghofer, commercial director at Roadcard, the objective of the tool is to provide carriers with a broader and more strategic view of fuel costs, providing more assertiveness in freight pricing and greater profitability in the operation.
Pamcard Corporativo is a payment and management solution for fleet travel expenses, created to bring more agility, control and visibility to companies, in addition to mitigating labor risks. “This tool allows you to pay or plan your travel expense payments in real time, via the web or fully integrated with your transport management system (TMS)”, adds the executive.
Roadcard lists the benefits that the two solutions offer carriers in their day-to-day fleet management:
Pamcard Frota+
- Allows the company to extend the payment period for supplies at a cash price or at a discount;
- Companies and truck drivers can use the gas stations of their choice;
- It has a process for controlling and sending invoices and supply notes;
- Payments can be made by cell phone. No card needed;
- Allows active monitoring of prices negotiated at gas stations, based on values stipulated by the ANP (National Petroleum Agency) for each region;
- Exclusive platform with vehicle performance indicators: amount spent per month, cost/km, reports by class, brand, model, etc.
- Monthly consultancy service to maximize fleet performance with a focus on reducing costs and increasing efficiency on the roads.
Corporate Pamcard
- It can be operated with a digital account or debit card;
- Provides total control and management over consumption;
- Management of expenses by authority, giving users autonomy, with control and security;
- It can be used in debit functions, for withdrawals on the 24-hour Network or PIX;
- Application allows the driver to send receipts and speed up the settlement of expenses;
- Increases driver safety by avoiding trips with cash;
- Reduces the risk of labor actions for salary supplements;
- Avoids the risk of fraud in expense management.
