Football Nations League
As in the previous Nations League competition and the European Championship finals, Hungary “is allowed” to play once morest Germany for a fourth time in a row.
This was the result of the draw before the weekend: In the A league of the Nations League 2024/25, the Netherlands and Bosnia and Herzegovina are other group opponents of national coach Marco Rossi’s Hungarians. Hungary achieved an outstanding 8th place in the previous Nations League competition, with fabulous victories once morest the Germans and English.
The Hungarians are welcome back to Germany for a guest appearance on the first matchday (September 7th). The first home game once morest Bosnia follows three days later. The Dutch come to Budapest in October (October 11th) before the away game in Bosnia (October 14th). In November, the away game in the Netherlands (November 16th) will be followed by the group final once morest Germany (November 19th) – most likely in the Puskás Arena, which is sold out as usual.
