The Prosecutor’s Office instructed the Special Police Investigations Brigade (BIPE) Anti-Kidnapping of the PDI to investigate the alleged kidnapping of a former military officer of Venezuelan nationality who lives in Chile.

According to preliminary information, Venezuelan citizen Ronald Ojeda Moreno would have been kidnapped by a group of individuals from his apartment in the commune of Independencia.

Alleged kidnapping
