Football: Vladimir Petkovic named Algeria coach

Swiss coach Vladimir Petkovic has been named coach of Algeria to succeed Djamel Belmadi, dismissed in January following the pitiful elimination of the Fennecs in the first round of the African Cup of Nations, the Algerian Football Federation announced this Thursday. football (FAF). “Vladimir Petkovic is the new national coach.
