Sabda Ahessa denied accusations that she owed Wulan Guritno IDR 396 million related to house renovations.
Through their attorneys, Aditya Anggriady and Farih Romdoni, it was revealed that the money was not a debt, but rather a mutual agreement.
“Based on the facts we found and the documents we read, our client does not owe a debt to Mrs. Wulan Guritno. We have documents proving the facts of the agreement,” claimed Aditya Anggriady as Sabda’s attorney, quoted from detikcom, Saturday (2/3).
Aditya added that the funds were initially issued for collective purposes. He gave an example regarding the plan for the house to be made into a room for women’s clothing, which was Wulan’s wish.
“Yes, we’ll get to it later, yeah, I think clothes are what we plan to do in the house for the future, right? All the agreements are mutual, (regarding rooms) women’s clothes, for example, there are rooms, clothes, like that,” explained Aditya in pieces. .
Apart from revealing the debt case, Aditya also revealed that the house belonged to Sabda.
It is suspected that the house will be occupied by Sabda and Wulan when the two of them plan to get married.
“That’s Sabda’s house. Yes (private). We can’t talk regarding that yet (Wulan Guritno and Sabda had planned to get married),” he said.
Meanwhile, the trial of Wulan Guritno’s lawsuit once morest Sabda Ahessa is underway at the South Jakarta District Court.
The trial took place last Friday (1/3). Furthermore, the trial will be held once more on Thursday, March 7.
