The automatic creation and submission of real estate data declarations (E9) is extended, following purchases and sales, to the declarations of gift tax and parental provision of real estate through the myPROPERTY application.
Specifically, a decision of the Governor of the Independent Public Revenue Authority Giorgos Pitsilis (A. 1015/2024) regulates the automatic creation and submission of a digital declaration of real estate data (E9) in the cases of digital submission of a declaration of donation tax and parental allowance, 100% full ownership of a property from a donor/parent to a recipient/child.
The new digital application makes it easier for taxpayers, who no longer need to complete and submit the specific declarations themselves, and at the same time ensures the timely fulfillment of the relevant tax obligations.
The property declaration is automatically generated and submitted for notarial documents uploaded to the myAADE digital portal “myPROPERTY” application starting tomorrow, 1/31/2024, for gift and parental property tax returns submitted from 2/1 /2024.
The citizen receives a notification by e-mail that the E9 statement has been submitted automatically and can search for it in the digital portal myAADE (myaade.gov.gr), in the path Applications > Popular Applications > E9 Statement > ENFIA > Login to the Application > “year 2025 ».
In the next period, the automated submission of E9 declarations will be extended to other cases of donations and parental property benefits.
