The match at “Th. Kolokotronis” started at a very fast pace and Kifissia opened the scoring in the 14th minute with a penalty by Ozegovic, which had been won a minute earlier by Krisiuma in contact with Tsiftsi, with the referee Manouho showing the white arrow without, however, the phase being completely clear.

After 0-1 the home team pressed hard and missed great opportunities, with Miritelos being beaten in the 16th and 21st minutes by the goalkeeper Anagnostopoulos, but the third time was also the… fatal one: in the 31st minute Bartolo crossed from the left and the Argentinian striker scored from the small area to equal his 12th league goal of the season.

Against the flow of the match, the Athenian team regained the lead five minutes later (36′) with Jovancic scoring from close range, when Ozegovic took the first header from a corner and despite Tsiftsi’s initial save, the ball ended up at the opponent’s feet and from there to his nets.

Even this time, the visitors were not happy for long, since in the 40th minute from a corner once more, but in the opposite area, Miritello made a header-pass and Yablonski made it 2-2 with another header, scoring for the second time in his last two games Star, as the Belarusian midfielder had also done it on Sunday once morest Olympiakos.

The first half, however, had other emotions, as at 45+3 and in an excellent counterattack by the Arkadians, Bartolo found Kaltsa and with a nice pass he took out Crespi on the back of the defense, who scored and gave the lead, for the first time, in his team.

Inversely proportional was the image of the hosts in the second half. Kifisia took control as Asteras dropped its tempo, sent… warning shots in the 61′ and 62′ with Bifuma and Krisiouma, to finally reach the equalizer with Vafeas in the 74th minute, following the goal was first controlled by the VAR and the refereeing panel ruled that none of the offside players were obstructing Tsiftsi’s field of vision.
