The Minister of Reform of Institutions, Murielle Minkoue marries Mintsa, said that around 1,000 people from all over Gabon and the Diaspora, chosen on the basis of certain criteria, will participate in the national dialogue scheduled for next April.
« We had to define criteria because unfortunately we cannot organize a dialogue that would call on all Gabonese », made Ms. Minkoue Mintsa understand.
The work of the said dialogue will take place under the direction of the Archbishop of Libreville, Mgr Jean-Patrick Iba-ba. Thirteen (13) sub-commissions and three (03) main commissions were set up for the holding of this political mass at the Angondjé stadium, located in the north of Libreville. However, the opening and closing ceremonies of these meetings will take place at the Palais des Sports located in 3th district of Libreville.
The Ministry of Institutional Reform claims to have recorded more than 30,000 contributions, including 27,000 already processed since January 19. A summary document was to be published shortly.
The budgetary entry shows 5 billion CFA francs to organize this national dialogue supposed to resolve the various ills that prevent Gabon from developing on all levels of society: political, economic and social.
