Two days and two atmospheres at the Agricultural Show. After the boos and shouts this Saturday once morest the President of the Republic Emmanuel Macron for the inauguration of the Show, Jordan Bardella was able to stroll all smiles and smoothly through the aisles to meet the farmers.

“Hello, how are you?”, yet another photo, yet another selfie. As soon as he arrives around 10 a.m., Jordan Bardella is cheered and applauded. Very comfortable and with a smile on his lips, the president of the RN strolls through the aisles, taking photos and listening to the demands. “To help us escape from the shackles of Europe, for agriculture,” calls out a visitor. “It’s only you who can get us out of here… Do something for us!” chants a man near the elected representative of the National Rally.

A “reassuring” presence for some

In the crowd, visitors and representatives of the agricultural world exclaim enthusiastically as he passes: “I waited an hour for Jordan,” says a woman. “He is close to the agricultural world too, he travels in the field,” congratulates a farmer. “Today he comes, he is here, he is strong and he reassures us,” retorts another woman, before adding that she “thinks that he will do concrete things, that he will be the one future president.

All day, Jordan Bardella took part in the tasting of regional specialties. Between two stands, the head of the RN list in the European elections, recalled Emmanuel Macron’s share of responsibility in the agricultural crisis: “I really call on the French, given the urgency of the situation in the country, to this that the RN wave is as strong as possible during the European elections and that the French can express themselves at the ballot box. The president of the RN is expected once once more at the Agricultural Show this Tuesday, February 27.
