• If the mother of the infant is a minor and single, the subsidy will be paid through her father, mother or guardian, for which she must present a copy and show the original of the document that accredits her as father, mother or guardian. • If the mother is declared incapable, the court ruling must be presented accrediting her guardian, who will receive the subsidy.
