He also revealed that in the bill submitted to the Parliament, there is a change regarding the guarantee and fees, the amount of which is halved if it concerns the establishment of non-state universities outside of Attica.
The bill is being submitted to Parliament today and will be introduced to the relevant committee for discussion next week.
