Member of Knesset Zvika Fogel (“Otzma Yehudit”) attacked the minister today (Tuesday). Gadi Eisenkot (“The State Camp”) following the warning letter sent by the minister to the war cabinet: “If you are in a cabinet that does nothing, stand up and say you are leaving,” Vogel said in an interview with the Knesset channel and added: “What he is trying to do is drag us into talking regarding things that are not true Talk regarding them now.”

After warning Israel of a maneuver in Rafah: the United States takes an extreme step
“I’m in my military service when I thought there was a place I shouldn’t be in – I put the keys away,” Vogel continued. “I expect from someone like Gadi Eisenkot, who boasts the ranks of a lieutenant colonel, someone who was chief of staff – if you are in the cabinet that does nothing and brings no results, what are you doing there? Get up, say that you are leaving, that it is not appropriate for you to be in such a place. I think what he wrote is completely wrong. He tries to drag us into talking regarding things that are not right to talk regarding now, like ‘the day following’.”

Yesterday it was reported in “News 12” that Eisenkot recently delivered a warning document to the members of the War Cabinet detailing what Israel has achieved so far in the “Iron Swords” war.
According to the report, Eisenkot claimed in the document that “we do not make significant decisions and therefore there is an obvious difficulty in achieving the goals of the war. There is no complete achievement. Everything is partial or not achieved.” Among other things, he explained that the dismantling of the military and governmental capacity and the return of the abductees were partially achieved, as was the restoration of security to the residents of the surrounding area. However, according to him, the situation at the end of the war according to which there was no threat from Gaza and the strengthening of the personal security and national resilience of the citizens of Israel were not achieved
“In practice, no decisive decisions were made for three months. The war is being conducted according to tactical achievements, without significant moves to achieve strategic achievements,” Eisenkot claimed. It was also reported that Eisenkot claimed that there are five decisions that need to be made right now – moving beyond Phase III in full, implementing another outline for the return of abductees, preventing an escalation in Judea and Samaria once morest the backdrop of the Ramadan battle, repatriating residents to the north and south and promoting a civilian alternative to Hamas rule in Gaza.
