A Apple made a change in its acoustics vice-presidency: Gary Geaves will be replaced by Rushir Davea company employee since 2009, managing devices such as AirPods and HomePods.

Last October, journalist Mark Gurman (from Bloomberg) revealed that Apple is expected to launch, later this year, two new fourth-generation AirPods models — both of which would still have Geaves “fingers”.
Although Apple’s headphones were a success, the HomePod did not have the same impact on the market. Still, Apple would be planning a new model with a screen, indicating an increased focus on audio and smart home technologies.
