Nantes player Moussa Sissoko confirmed the departure of his compatriot Kylian Mbappe from the ranks of Paris Saint-Germain, in statements he made following his team’s defeat in the French League.
Mbappe sat as a substitute and then participated in the confrontation that ended with Paris Saint-Germain winning with two unanswered goals, and scored a goal from a penalty kick.
Reports over the past few days confirmed that Mbappe informed Paris Saint-Germain of his departure at the end of the current season, while the player or the French club did not issue any official statement or comment on the matter.
Mbappe is linked to a move to Real Madrid, as his contract with Paris Saint-Germain expires at the end of the current season.
Sissoko said in statements published by the French “RMC” network website, regarding the void that Kylian Mbappe will leave with his departure from the French League: “I think the same thing as you.”

He continued: “One of the best players in the world risks leaving our tournament. It will be very painful for many people.”
Sissoko pointed out: “It is his decision, we have to accept it. He will have the best days in the French League, and we will wish him the best in the club he will go to.”
He concluded: “I shared good times with him in the France national team. I wish him nothing but the best for the rest of his career.”
