Thus, her album, “Reworks”, which was released regarding two months ago, which contains ten of her favorite songs, eight old ones in new production and two jokes, has managed to be loved by the public, giving it millions of streams and views, but also high positions in the charts.
“Reworks” has already exceeded 12 million streams and views in total, with the singles “You know me more” with Christos Mastoras and “Leave” with him LEX, have climbed to the top of the YouTube trends and Spotify charts. In addition, these two tracks are consistently in the top 30 of the Greek Shazam, as well as in the top 50 of the IFPI Airplay Chart – “You know me more” No5, “Fyge” No42.
At the same time, Haris Alexiou is the ambassador of Spotify’s global EQUAL campaign, with “Fyge” on both the Greek and global playlists.
With “Reworks” Haris Alexiou is once more dynamically present artistically, without, however, betraying herself, her statements and her decisions. Let’s not forget that in 2020 he had bravely announced that he was retiring from singing, as, as he had said, “I can’t hear my voice anymore”…
On the ‘Reworks’ album the top performer entrusted a team of new generation music producers, curated by her son, Manos Theofilos, who surrounded his mother’s songs with great respect, love, admiration, and knowledge, and she trusted him completely. The result was to give new life to the songs of our beloved Haroula and he succeeded.
The first singles that introduced the album were “The man of the cave”, “The tango of Nefelis”, to reach the most recent “You know me more”, which conquered the radio and digital charts. The album features Kid Moxiethe dynamically rising producer, composer and performer with great collaborations abroad and in Greece, such as the most recent with Depeche Modebut also her participation in the soundtrack of “Maestro”, which participates in “Full Moon”, and OPA, the favorite band of the 90s, in “Mes sa dou tha mai”.
The album, however, also contains two surprises, the anecdotal tracks “Fyge” and “White moon”. “Fyge”, in rap rhythms, with the participation of LEX, one of the most influential representatives of the rap scene today, with millions of views and streams and tens of thousands of people at his concerts. The second is “White Moon”, a usak ballad with the moving interpretation of Haroula Alexiou.
