Ultimate Guide to Mandelieu-La Napoule Festivities: Transportation, Entertainment, and Road Closures

Following up on our article published this Tuesday on the program for these five festive days, here is the essential information to make the most of the program. You can also find all the useful details on the site www.mandelieu.fr

By train

SNCF station, in La Napoule, 2 minutes walk from the route.

By car

Motorway exit n° 40, take the direction of La Napoule via avenue du Maréchal-Juin or exit n° 41, take avenue Gaston-de-Fontmichel, then avenue de la Mer. All car parks in Mandelieu- La Napoule are free.

And bus

3 free shuttles for the Corso on February 18 (see shuttle plan).

Free access to travelers within the limit of available places. Only the “yellow”, “green” and “blue” lines are free to access. Regular PALM BUS lines are not affected.

People needing to go to stands A and B must take the yellow line/arrival balconies d’azur, a 5-minute walk away.

People needing to go to stands C and D should take the green or blue line/Robinson arrival 10 minutes walk from the sea.

Free shuttles available every 10 minutes. (DR)

Entertainment on Friday February 16

The fireworks take place on the Château beach.

Henry-Clews Avenue will be closed to traffic

11 a.m. to midnight.

Traffic is closed from the port of La Napoule to the Balcons d’Azur roundregarding.

The Soustelle, rue du jardin navale and rue de Robinson car parks will be accessible to the public.

Night parade on Saturday 17

Road closures

Road closed from the Vanniers roundregarding at 5 p.m. and from the Provençale (Canardière) roundregarding at 6:30 p.m. to Place de France. Reopening at the end of the parade.

Closure of Boulevard des Écureuils from Place de France to the Colonel Beltrame roundregarding, from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

A8 exit No. 40 city center closed from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Authorized access

Entrance onto the A8 N°40 towards Nice/Aix coming from Carrefour de l’Espace (Géant Casino).

Sunday course

Closure to vehicles of access to the seaside of La Napoule on Sunday 18 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Robinson interchange to the Balcons d’Azur roundregarding (Avenue du Général de Gaulle/Avenue Henry-Clews).

Rue du Chantier Naval (from the tunnel under the railway to Avenue Henry Clews).

Soustelle, rue du Chantier Naval and rue de Robinson car parks accessible free of charge to the public.
