It was reported that professional golfer Bae Sang-moon (38) saved an unconscious restaurant worker by performing CPR on the 13th in Malaysia, where he was visiting to participate in the Asian Tour. According to the Korea Professional Golf Association (KPGA) on the 14th, Bae Sang-moon was leaving dinner with fellow players, including Kim Young-soo (35), at a restaurant in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, when he discovered an employee collapsed in the doorway.

Bae Sang-moon immediately began CPR on the employee, and the employee reportedly regained consciousness a short time later. Kim Young-soo, who was also present, said, “People were gathered around the unconscious employee, and Sang-moon said, ‘You can’t just leave him alone,’ and performed CPR.” Bae Sang-moon, who debuted on the KPGA Tour in 2005, won 9 times in Korea and 2 times on the PGA Tour, but lost his seed as he failed to achieve any notable results on the PGA Tour upon his return from the military. Bae Sang-moon was staying in Kuala Lumpur to participate in the Asian Tour IRS Prima Malaysia Open, which opens on the 15th.
