Chef Pehel shines with Estonian cuisine at Gulfood 2024

The “Estonian Delights” platform offers a captivating experience for food gourmets at the Gulf Food Exhibition “Gulfood 2024”, which is being held at the Dubai World Trade Center from February 19 – 23, through the arts of sustainable cooking, which will be showcased with the Estonian chef who holds the Michelin Green Star, Peter Behel.

In a series of highly anticipated “Top Table” live cooking shows, Chef Pehel will demonstrate the surprising properties of vegetables that may not be used often, such as carrots, by reviving the rich traditions of Estonian cuisine through innovative techniques, such as cooking, processing and fermentation.
Through the live cooking lessons that will be presented by Chef Peter Behel on February 21 and 23, and the various offers of participating Estonian restaurateurs and producers, the organizers of the “Delicacies of Estonia” platform aspire to consolidate the value of sustainable and innovative cuisine and its capabilities among visitors.

Chef Peter Behel’s culinary journey is marked by exploration, sustainability and a deep respect for nature.
