In the early spring days of the 2024 Dragon Festival, every day there are thousands of tourists coming to spring travel, sightseeing, and offering incense at Quan Temple (Hoang Dieu Ward, Thai Binh City) to pray for fortune, luck, and peace. .

Quan Temple in Hoang Dieu ward was built during the Tang Dynasty – year 905, worshiping the god Tiet Che Nam Dao Dai Than Tuong. During the years of resistance once morest the French, the Temple was the base for secret revolutionary activities of the Party Committee and local guerrilla militia and a place to hide weapons.

Also from here, local army forces and militia and guerrillas crossed the Tra Ly river, attacked Tam Lac, and contributed to the liberation of the town that is now Thai Binh City. In 1998, the Provincial People’s Committee issued a certificate recognizing Quan Temple as a protected historical and cultural relic.
