The Government, following the vision of President Nayib Bukele, announced this day the launch of the “Adopting El Salvador Freedom Visa” program, which will contribute to the development of the country in various areas and continue the transformation.
The program will be open to 1,000 people per year, with a donation of $1,000,000. Participants will be able to obtain a Freedom Visa, with multiple benefits, to establish themselves in the country. Or they may also be eligible to opt for Salvadoran citizenship, becoming fully active and present citizens to see first-hand the transformation of El Salvador.
With this program, El Salvador will obtain various benefits such as:
- Increase in foreign investment
- Job creation
- Development of services and infrastructure
- Increased competitiveness
- Increase in tax revenue
- Incentives in tourism
