But the operation only concerns households whose reference tax income per share does not exceed the bar of 15,400 euros, or around 3,300 euros net per month for a couple with one child. A single person on minimum wage is also eligible. With a promise: the possibility for the most modest French people to drive electric for less than 100 euros for city cars, and 150 euros for family cars. Except that this amount only includes the monthly leasing amount.
