The product types and services provided by Microsoft are quite diverse, and they can be accessed through a personal Microsoft account. Since the Microsoft account uses email as the login name, users often use it to send emails and register externally. For account purposes, if you don’t want your real email to leak out, you can use the new email function to set up another set of emails as a Microsoft account alias. In addition to sharing the password with the main account name, the emails you receive can also be leaked. Browse directly through the mailbox of the main account for convenient management.
Step 1: After logging in to your Microsoft account, click “Your Information” above.
Step 2. Scroll down the page and select “Edit Account Information” in the “Account Information” item.
Step 3: Click “Add Email”.
Step 4: Choose to create a new email, enter a custom name, and click “Add alias”.
Step 5: After adding the alias, in addition to receiving emails, you can also use this set of aliases to log in to Microsoft-related services in the future.
Step 6: If you want to remove the alias, click “Remove” in the previous step and confirm “Remove”.
