WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The Wilmington Police Department is looking for 39-year-old Steven Dibble, per a missing person report on Monday, Feb. 12.
Per the WPD, he is regarding 6 feet tall with blue eyes and blonde hair.
He was last seen in November near the Independence Mall wearing a black shirt, jacket and Nike Jordan shoes. He has a flaming skull tattoo on the left side of his neck and another tattoo on the right side of his neck.
“If you see him please dial 911. Anyone with information is encouraged to call (910) 343-3609,” the report states.
