Airlines organize the first flights of the new year
On February 10, 2024 (the first day of the Lunar New Year), Vietnam Airlines said it organized “groundbreaking” flights at the beginning of the Year of the Dragon in a number of localities. Accordingly, flights VN 628 departing from Bangkok (Thailand) and VN 157 departing from Hanoi “stormed” Da Nang City airport on the morning of February 10. Flight VN1340 from Ho Chi Minh City landed at Cam Ranh International Airport (Khanh Hoa) on the same morning.
Vietnam Airlines said that with the coordination with provinces and cities, the flights brought the message of a new year full of energy, joy and happiness to passengers. At the same time, it affirms Vietnam Airlines’ commitment and efforts to always accompany the tourism industry to bring many experiences to tourists.

Passengers on flights are given flowers, enjoy art shows and receive New Year’s gifts as soon as they land at the airport. Some lucky passengers were given free airline tickets at the event. The program was organized to bring a joyful and vibrant atmosphere in the early days of spring.
Besides organizing ground-breaking flights, the airline also simultaneously deployed a series of activities to celebrate the new year of Giap Thin “above the clouds”.
In particular, passengers on all flights between Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh City on the morning of the first day of Tet will receive lucky money with discounts on air tickets applicable to all booking classes.

The Giap Thin New Year welcome event contributes to promoting aviation and tourism, as well as promoting the culture, image and hospitality spirit of the destination.
