The Central Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue an orange warning for heavy snowfall at 10:00 on February 4:

It is expected that from 14:00 on February 4 to 14:00 on February 5, there will be heavy snowfall in some areas of central and northern Anhui, central and northern Jiangsu, and central and southern Shandong. Among them, there will be heavy snowfall in some areas of northern Jiangsu and eastern Shandong Peninsula ( 10~12 mm). The depth of new snow in the above-mentioned areas is 2 to 6 centimeters, and it can reach more than 10 centimeters in some places.

Defense Guide:

1. The government and relevant departments shall carry out emergency response work to prevent snow disasters and frost damage in accordance with their responsibilities;

2. Transportation, railway, electric power, communications and other departments should strengthen the inspection and maintenance of roads, railways and lines, and do a good job in road cleaning and snow melting;

3. Reduce unnecessary outdoor activities;

It is expected that from 14:00 on February 4 to 14:00 on February 5, freezing rain will occur in parts of central and eastern Guizhou, southeastern Chongqing, most of Hunan, and mountainous areas in western Jiangxi, southern Anhui, and northwestern Zhejiang, with a cumulative freezing rain amount of 0.5 ~3mm, local area is regarding 5mm.
