A complete Raz deal is being forged: the stopper who belongs to the Belgian club is supposed to land in Israel today (Friday), and sign with Maccabi Tel Aviv – another senior Israeli signing for the yellow club. As is appropriate for such transactions, what attracts interest is also the solidarity fee – the funds that will be received by various groups that have passed through Shlomo’s career, following the transaction – which is worth approximately 1.1 million euros.
According to an investigation, ironically the one who will especially benefit from the move is actually Maccabi’s city rival, Hapoel Tel Aviv – where Shlomo grew up. The Reds will receive an amount of 44 thousand euros as solidarity fees – according to the current exchange rate of the euro, this is an amount of NIS 174,506. Maccabi Netanya, where Shlomo also played in recent years, will receive 11,000 euros for him (which is NIS 43,626 according to the exchange rate).
As you remember, Raz Shlomo is supposed to land in Israel today – and sign with the yellows, when his salary will be regarding 300 thousand dollars per season. Shlomo will be the Yellows’ fourth acquisition in the current window, following Aden Kartsev, Matan Balatxa and Younes Melda. Elad Madmon is also expected to sign with Maccabi Tel Aviv, but return on loan to his current team Hapoel Hadera until the end of the season.
