Rönesans Holding (“Renaissance Holding”), which was involved in the design and construction of many large facilities in Russia, posted press release announcing his departure from the country.

It is noted that the company sold its construction business in Russia in May 2022, and its real estate business in June 2023.

Renaissance Holding was created in St. Petersburg by Turkish engineer Erman Ylicak in 1993. He later recalled that this required the personal signature of Vladimir Putin, then the first deputy mayor.

Among the objects that the Turkish holding built were the Gallery and Lakhta Center shopping centers in St. Petersburg, Neva Towers and Federation in the Moscow International Business Center, as well as Dream Island.
