After the electricity tariff – the price of fuel will also increase: this is the price you will pay starting Thursday

The Treasury has ended the fuel subsidy and its price is rising for the second month in a row: The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure is updating today (Tuesday) that the price of fuel will increase by 16 cents more than the previous month, starting at midnight between Wednesday and Thursday.

The maximum price per liter of unleaded 95 octane gasoline for a consumer at a self-service station (including VAT) will not exceed NIS 7.38 per liter, an increase of 16 shekels from the previous update. The supplement for full service will be 22 shekels per liter (including VAT), unchanged from previous update.

The maximum price per liter of unleaded 95 octane gasoline for the consumer at a self-service station in Eilat (without VAT) will not exceed NIS 6.31 per liter, an increase of 14 shekels from the previous update. The supplement for full service will be 19 shekels (without VAT), unchanged from previous update.

The price increase is mainly due to the increase in the price of oil in the world. We will remind you that starting from the first of February, the electricity tariff will also increase by 2.6%. The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure recommends comparing prices and choosing the most viable station for the consumer.
