Due to the disqualification of Kamila Valieva, a scandal broke out in Russian figure skating: the athlete’s coach, Eteri Tutberidze, is being condemned for not taking the blame for what happened. Star producer Yana Rudkovskaya agrees with critics, for example, Tatyana Tarasova.
In one of the posts, the celebrity mentioned another case of disqualification – figure skater from Belarus Varvara Kisel. According to one version, the 16-year-old girl took diet pills.
Rudkovskaya decided to remember dietary supplements in the next publication: the producer admitted that 25 years ago she took “Thai pills” and lost 10 kilograms. True, there were consequences.
“Everyone was losing weight terribly on them, and so I, too, fell for it and bought it for $300! So, you have no appetite, you run to the toilet all the time and melt before your eyes,” the star wrote in her Telegram channel.
Later it turned out that the dietary supplements contained diuretics and laxatives, which caused side effects – insomnia, dizziness, dehydration, tachycardia and problems with stool. Yana admitted that along with the lost kilograms, she also squandered part of her health.
There were also those, she added, who were barely pumped out.
“The moral of this is: all that glitters is not gold. Under no circumstances should you fall for all these temptations on the Internet,” the celebrity concluded.
