AENOR Healthy Organization Management System

The World Health Organization lists four key aspects to promote well-being at work: physical work environment, psychosocial work environment, personal resources at work and company participation in the community.

The Luxembourg Declaration and the publication by the World Health Organization of the document “Healthy work environments: foundations and WHO model” in 2010, were the precedents for beginning a path towards excellence in health, safety and well-being at work through continuous improvement in the management of the four avenues of influence for a healthy work environment established by the WHO; that is, physical work environment, psychosocial work environment, personal resources at work and company participation in the community.
