I would like to apologize to all the fans who have always cheered me on and supported me, and to all the people I have worked with up until now, for this sudden announcement. I, Yume Shinjo, will be leaving my girlfriend’s agency, A Plus, and retiring from the entertainment industry at the end of March.
When I thought regarding how I wanted to live my life from now on as a person, I realized that I wanted to go out and work in society other than the entertainment industry. After thinking regarding it for a long time, I came to this decision.
When I was mainly doing photo shoots as an individual, I was featured in a gravure magazine and was assigned to A Plus at the age of 20. A Plus, who gave me the opportunity to take on the challenge of performing arts, understood my personality, which was difficult for me to appear in front of people, and always supported me kindly.
I am once once more glad to be a member of A Plus, as I have been supported so that I can grow not only as a talent, but also as a person.
I am very sorry that I cannot talk specifically regarding my future plans as they are undecided, but I would like to think regarding it slowly from now on.
I would like to thank all the fans who have always cheered me on and supported me, and everyone who has worked with me until now.
Please note that our SNS (Instagram) will be closed at the end of March, so we appreciate your understanding.
