A man was detained by officials of the Criminal Investigation Division of the state of Bolívar, following being accused of running over a dog and killing it.
It happened when I was traveling along Guayana Avenue, near San Félix.
According to the official version, they acted following the “public and notorious complaint of the community” once morest the man for animal abuse.
He was driving a bus, Mercedes Benz brand, model 366, white, when he “intentionally ran over a canine, causing its death,” indicated the officials of this division, attached to the Bolivarian National Police.
After what happened, he fled the scene, but was found by the authorities.
