Colruyt recalls meatballs and cervelas due to incorrect labeling

Colruyt stores are recalling, in consultation with the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain, roasted meatballs and poultry cervelas due to an incorrect use-by date (DLC), the brand said on Friday.

The pellets, packaged in 400 gram trays, bear batch number 16339 and meet one of the following deadlines: 28/1/2024, 1/2/2024, 3/2/2024, 4/2/2024, 7/2/2024, 14/2/2024, 18/2/2024 and 21/2/2024.

Poultry cervelas, packaged in 340 gram trays, have the following expiry dates: 25/1/2024, 27/1/2024, 1/2/2024, 3/2/2024 or 7/2/2024. Their lot number is 16073.

These items were sold between December 29 and January 23.

Colruyt asks that you do not consume these products and return them to the store, where they will be refunded.
