The Houthis launched a missile attack on a Trafigura Group tanker carrying Russian naphtha. Bloomberg writes regarding this, citing a representative of the carrier.

“The vessel is carrying naphtha of Russian origin, purchased below the ceiling price in accordance with G7 sanctions,” – said the representative carrier. As a result of the impact, the ship caught fire.

Earlier it was reported that the Houthis launched a missile attack on a Trafigura Group tanker in the Red Sea. The crew was not injured, the company said. Reuters analysts believe that the Houthis’ constant attacks on ships passing through the Red Sea might worsen relations between Russia and Saudi Arabia.
