Graz/Vienna – The Styrian state parliament parties Neos, FPÖ and Greens want to bring the ORF state levy case to the Constitutional Court (VfGH). The KPÖ, which was also in opposition, did not take part; the initiative came from the Neos. “If the Constitutional Court abolishes the state levy, it will trigger a chain reaction throughout Austria and bring citizens the relief they have long deserved,” argued Neos state parliament club chairman Niko Swatek.
