Together with the impressively committed students from the Bad Ischl Tourism School and HLW classes in Vöcklabruck, models will be used to illustrate in practice what the gastronomic life and pub culture of the future in the region might look like.
The first “tavern laboratory” opened at the train station in Bad Ischl at the weekend. Tomorrow, Friday, the second one will open in Gmunden in the newly designed old tram shed by Stern & Hafferl (Alois-Kaltenbrunner-Straße 47). Neustifter and his students invite you to the newly created opening cocktail “Salzkammer-Guad”.
“We in the catering industry need a breath of fresh air that also addresses what is going wrong and corrects it. In our project, young people can plunge into wild life without a comfort zone,” says Held in an interview with OÖN. In Bad Ischl we have already succeeded in a remarkable way in filling the deserted train station premises with new life.
