Bugi Ramadhana, Andhara Early’s husband, tells the story of his life from being a band boy to being unemployed.
Bugi Ramadhana was originally the drummer for the band Phantom which emerged in 2010 with a hit Love and Is it appropriate?.
When his musical career faded, Bugi decided to take an office job in the field sales.
“I just tried what is called the world of work, previously studying was a mess, what I wanted was music,” said Bugi, quoting from Melaney Ricardo’s YouTube.
“After it turned out that my fortune in music wasn’t good, I had a family, and Early also encouraged me, whether I wanted to or not, I just dived into it, studying, whether I liked it or not, the main thing was to make money,” he continued.
Andhara Early also had no problem with Bugi’s nominal income at that time. The most important thing for Andhara Early at that time was that her husband might work and support his family.
Unfortunately, Bugi decided to stop working during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Bugi admitted that he might no longer withstand the pressure of work at that time. In fact, the workload he felt had an impact on his relationship with his family.
“(Resign) Because pressure work, plus the pandemic requires WFH (work from home). WFH is even more unpleasant, because sales you have to meet the client, if you don’t meet, bonding“It’s not good,” he said.
“Not to mention, with targets that are always being targeted, we have to constantly have ideas and innovations to sell. In the end it wasn’t conducive, office problems ended up being brought home,” he added.
Bugi admitted that he often got angry with his family members, including his children with Andhara Early. Bugi then asked Andhara Early for permission to leave work. Now, Bugi doesn’t have a permanent job anymore.
Andhara Early, who felt annoyed by Bugi’s increasingly sensitive attitude, finally allowed her husband to resign. In fact, he was the one who wrote the application letter resign.
“Finally, I was so annoyed, I typed the letter resign. I said, ‘Here, put it in your email, save it draft. Lo stay send‘” concluded Andhara Early.
