At around 11 a.m. on January 20, people heard a loud noise in the area under the Ha Long Center building (Bach Dang ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province) so they ran out to check. At this time, people discovered the body of a woman lying next to a pickup truck parked on the side of the road. This car had a broken passenger side window.
Immediately following receiving the news, Bach Dang ward authorities were present to protect the scene to serve the investigation and handling according to the provisions of law.

Information from the People’s Committee of Bach Dang ward (Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province), the victim is Ms. NTH (born 1963, residing in Ha Phong ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province).
At 10:40 a.m. on January 20, Ms. NTH went to her sister’s house, Ms. NTL (born 1958, residing in Bach Dang ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province) to play. After that, Ms. H fell from the 9th floor of the Ha Long Center building and died on the spot. Also according to information from the victim’s family provided to the authorities, Ms. NTH has a history of depression.
Currently, Ha Long City authorities are coordinating to investigate and clarify the cause of the incident.
