Andrés Guardado cannot hold back tears when saying goodbye to Real Betis | TUDN La Liga

The green and white team published a video interview with the ‘Little Prince’ in which the Mexican recounts his long period with Betis, where he ended up as a reference and captain of the Sevilla team.

During the interview, Andrés Guardado warned that “I am being strong”, this in reference to trying to avoid crying, as he remembered some of the most special moments he had in the Andalusia squad.

In the end, he received a tablet on which he reviewed important episodes, such as when the green and white fans sang to the sound of ‘Cielito Lindo’ in tribute to Andrés Guardado and, at this moment, the ‘Little Prince’ began to cry.

In addition, Guardado acknowledged that he will “miss” the people involved with Real Betis, the team in which he became the foreigner with the most games with the Seville squad.

Finally, the ‘Little Prince’ acknowledged that he will try to represent Real Betis even in León, or whatever the future holds for him, even in his retirement. In addition, he received the boxing gloves with which he posed on the day of his presentation with the green and white team.
